Log in
To begin click on the button Register Now to make your personal account. The information you fill in will be visible for other removal companies. This will be your business card on our website.
After you filled in the company information you will receive an e-mail with your password and a link to log in. Click on this link and your account will be activated. You can now log in on our homepage with your e-mail address and the password you received in the e-mail.
You will be transferred to a new page. Click on the button CUSTOMER in the left sidebar.
Profile
Here you can see and manage your personal information and preferences. You can also change your our password into your personal password.
How many times and when you would like to receive an e-mail with a list of shipments and capacities.
For a specific list you can add countries. You will only receive a list of shipments and capacities from the countries you have selected.
Add shipment
Normally you will see an overview of your accessible shipments, because this is your first visit we will explain you how to add a shipment.
Click on the green button add shipment on the right side of the page.
Bookings type: choose if the shipment is a booking (when it is already a customer) or a quotation (potential customer).
Origin: fill in the city where the shipment is now
Destination: fill in the city where the shipment is going to
Reference: optional, you can fill in the name of the customer or the file number
Route: when you are driving from The Netherlands to Italy and going through France
Capacity: fill in the amount of cbm
Dates: with the calendar icon you can fill in the dates
Price: is the price negotiable or is it a fixed price
Extra information: here you can write down extra information about the shipment like: a parking permit is needed, third floor with an elevator, only blanked wrapped, heavy items.
Attention the official language is English
After you filled in all the information you click on send. To view your shipment again click on customer and then on add/ view shipment in the left sidebar.
Capacity
Normally you will see an overview of your accessible capacity, because this is your first visit we will explain you how to add your capacity.
Origin: fill in the city where the shipment is
Destination: fill in the city where the shipment is going to
Reference: optional, you can fill in the name of the customer or the file number
Route: when you are driving from The Netherlands to Italy and going through France
Capacity: fill in the amount of cbm which is empty in the removal truck
Dates: with the calendar icon you can fill in the dates
Extra information: here you can write down extra information about the capacity like: extra cities were the removal truck is going to load or unload.
Logout
Click on this button and you can logout
In the sidebar on the left you also see the button search capacity / shipment
Search capacity / shipment
Here you can search for capacities and shipments from other companies to make a combination.
From – Till: here you can fill in the dates with the calendar icon (optional)
Origin: fill in the city were the shipment has to be loaded or the city where the removal truck is leaving from (optional)
Destination: fill in the city were the shipment has to be unloaded or the city where the removal truck is going to. (optional)
Booker: when you would like to see al the shipments and capacities from a selected removal company (optional)
if you don’t fill in anything than the system shows you all the available shipments and capacities which are in our database.
